How could I forget this one?

The guy who got me started in Shepherds was Jerry Carpenter.  He had an old black and white photo that he gave to me that had this expression on it.  I'm not sure if he made it up or not, but I took Mr BlueBoy's photo and made my own little sign.  I love it.  Thanks Jerry, for everything.

I'm gonna hate to see them go...well, maybe :)

Yesterday was the pups first road trip!  They went 3hrs by car with Naomi (their other mom) to visit Shepherd friends.  She was amazed at how good they all were!
Her friends were impressed with how outgoing and happy the entire litter was!  Not to mention the quality ;)  They got to see their first big screen TV and apparently it was pretty funny.  Naomi said they all were mesmerized!  Wish we had a picture.

Today, they all went to see Doc Smith for their first physical.  All are in great health and happy as clams.  He asked me when I would be letting them go to homes and I said YESTERDAY!  haha  It is God's way of telling breeders that they need to get individual loving homes who can spend more time training them.  It IS a LOT of work having 6, and that's a very manageable size litter.  I can't imagine having 10 or 12.  OMG I would've had a nervous breakdown by now.  Not that I haven't come close, mind you!

I sure couldn't have done this alone.  I have some wonderful people in my life...thank you to Naomi, Jenny, Dianna and everyone who has lent a hand with helping me.  And the puppies love you too!

And now for the latest pictures!  Enjoy and don't forget to say AAAAAWWWWW !!

Mr. Black...so handsome!

Precious Pink Girl :) Makes me smile

Did I mention that Pink (aka "Tootsie")
is looking for someone to love her?

7 weeks old !

These little monkeys are growing like WEEDS!
Seriously, I do believe I've seen them grow overnight.
The bases of some of their ears are starting to get stronger, which is always a good thing :)

See ya next time!

6 wks & loving life!

The babies have had their first outdoor adventures & they're loving every minute of it!
In fact I don't know of anything they don't love!  Very happy & outgoing bunch of critters!
I try to make sure they are exposed to a lot of different things so they are well adjusted & properly socialized.  So far, so good :)

My pictures are kind of random ... hope you like them!
As I look back through these I realize that I sure need more "action" shots instead of sleepy ones.  It's just so much more fun playing with them that you don't always have a camera in hand.  I'll work on that.

This is my handsome little "Blue Boy"

And pretty in Pink ...

I have this great yard pen set up (thanks Jenny!) but I've hardly every used it!
My back yard is huge and of course, fenced in.

Megan acts like she has had obedience training when Matt tells her to sit or lie down.  She is waiting for him to throw her favorite "feetball" which is a rubber ball with FEET!  Well, actually shoes, but she LIVES for someone to throw it for her.

aaaaaaaawwwww check out Pink giving her mommy a kiss!!

 Another handsome boy!  "Red man"
